M. David Iadanza
David Iadanza is a Partner at AWB Associates, where he specializes in providing fractional bookkeeping and consulting services for growing businesses. His role focuses on client acquisition, digital marketing, and general accounting support, helping ensure our clients have the financial clarity and operational strategies they need to scale. David earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University and built his career in sales, consulting, and eCommerce operations. Along the way, he has had the opportunity to work closely with numerous small businesses and noticed a recurring challenge: many owners had ambitious growth goals but lacked the resources to hire a full-time CFO, COO, or consulting team. That realization became my “why.” At AWB Associates, we bridge that gap by delivering the same level of insight and strategy at a fraction of the cost, empowering businesses to grow sustainably without overextending their budgets.
Outside of work, David is passionate about fitness and personal growth. He trains regularly, holds a 2nd-degree black belt in Kenpo, and enjoys the discipline and focus martial arts brings to both his professional and personal life. David is also a Certified Personal Trainer.
